What payment methods do you accept?We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. We regret that at present we are unable to accept Apple Pay.

My payment hasn't gone through, what should I do?"Please try another payment method or contact us at info@corfecastlespirits.com.

How do I place an order?Add the items you would like to your basket while browsing our store by clicking on 'Add to Cart' button. Once you want to proceed with an order, do so by going to the basket icon at the top of the page and click 'Checkout'. Follow the instructions, providing us with delivery information and entering your payment details (we accept all major credit cards as well as PayPal). Once you have placed your order we aim to get it to you within 3-4 working days.

Can I cancel my order?We are a small artisan business and we pack orders up as quickly as we can to ensure they reach you in good time. Once your order has been shipped, it is not possible to cancel the order. If you decided you did not want the item, you would need to return it to us and request a refund once you have received it. Please refer to our returns and refund section for more details. If you have any questions, please contact us at info@corfecastlespirits.com and provide us with your name, order number and enquiry.

When will my gin arrive?You gin should arrive within 3-4 wokring days of placing your order.

How much does delivery cost?Delivery is Royal Mail tracked 48 hour service and costs £3.99 for all orders up to 4 bottles. Age verification is required on delivery.

Where is my order?You should received your order within 3-4 workind days of placing your order. Once your order is safely packed up and ready to go, we use Royal Mail to deliver your gin. Please contact us at: info@corfecastlespirits.com if you experience any problems.

What if I am not happy with my gin?We're pretty sure our gin is going to be better that you expected, but occasionally things do go wrong. If they do we want to hear about it! Please contact us at info@corfecastlespirits.com and we will try to work out what we can do to make you happy.

Can I get a refund if I miss my delivery?If you are not homw when Royal Mail attempt delivery, they will attempt redelivery the next working day or leave a card with details on how to retrieve your parcel. We are not able to provide a refund if you are not in to receive your parcel. What if my gin arrived damaged?We take great care to wrap and secure the gin safely in the shipping packaging to ensure it reaches you in one piece! However, things do occasionally go wrong and we want to hear about it, so please contact us at info@corfecastlespirits.com.

What if I change my mind?If yo change your mind within 14 days of receiving your package, you can return it to us with your name and order number, packaged the same way as we sent it to you to the following address: 49 East Street, Corfe Castle, Dorset, BH20 5EE. We do not pay for postage for returns.

Can I recycle your packaging?Our bottles are made from glass and can be recycled in your glass collection box. The cork stopper is not currentl recycled. The paper and card shipping packaging is widely recycled in the household waste recycling boxes. We have to secure the bottle within a sealed, plastic layer in the unlikely event of a leak or breakage. Currently this type of plastic is not widely recycled in most household recycling systems, however some supermarkets do have a recycling facility for plastic of this sort. We will endeavour to replace the plastic layer with a more envirnmentally friendly option over time.
